Thank you very much for your feedback on the company. We are thankful for our employees to have a platform to share their opinions. This gives us guidance on how to work towards excellence for our staff and clients alike. It is disappointing to know a current employee of the organization has less than a positive outlook on the future of the company, however, we would hope you are sharing your thoughts on change with your supervisor. In regards to your advice to management, Keystone intends on staying the course no matter what. We are fortunate to boast 26 years of service to the oil and gas industry, and hope to be successful in the next 26!

Pros

Keystone has offered me the opportunity that a larger company can't offer. I have been able to get involved with multiple roles on various projects, not just my specific discipline. If you are willing and eager to make an impact, the opportunity is there. You will not be "pigeonholed" into a certain area that is common at larger places. The projects are very diverse, so there is always something to learn. You can tell that employee morale is very important to all levels of management. There are a lot of social events that take place year-round and they want participation from all of the offices.

Cons

Not much to say here, I have really enjoyed my time at Keystone. Sometimes when the workload gets too large, people are stretched a little thin. However, the company does a good job of leveraging resources from the 5 offices to help where needed.

Hands-on learning with assistance Such wonderful people in all the offices - very friendly and helpful Variety of work and projects Excellent reputation with clients - lots of repeat business Good compensation, excellent benefits Fun group activities - team building Managers provide tools to be successful Open line of communication and open door policy Very flexible work environment Clear line of growth to suit my experience level and personal goals No office politics or political agendas - very comfortable work environment

Not a good place to work if you don't do a good job. There is complete transparency between each office and our clients. They push to deliver an excellent product to the clients, on-time and on budget.
