Pros

Decent Money. Very flexible work schedule and you are given a lot of responsibility quickly. They don't micromanage, they just expect you to get your work done.

Cons

Benefits aren't the best. If you aren't performing you are gone. If the projects slow down your hours slow as well.

Sometimes workload can be lite or job scopes can be poorly developed or communicated but this is really rare that issues like this arise.
