Pros

Keystone has many peaks. Primarily how lean the company operates. The engineering staff and design group are efficient and can produce high volume work. Drafting department was structured well and groups assigned with engineering personnel to work on projects. Company operates on a team basis.

Cons

Busy schedule, sometimes late nights are required. Work life balance can become an obstacle but is manageable when talked with management.

Pros

The pay and you will eventually be able to work from home. If you are able to get the job picked up fast. Very fast paced environment.

Cons

Unorganized, none of the engineers like working with each other and will talk about one another skills behind their backs. They are only interested if it involves them, if it doesn’t them personally they will not help. If they don’t want to help you, they will tell you that they are too busy or don’t have the hours to put on the project. They will throw you out to the wolves and expect you to survive there is no training period or process, you are basically learning as you go and you don’t receive mentorship to help you along this path.
