Met some fun people while I worked there... the turnover is unreal.

Cons

It's a sweat shop... telephone terrorist 50+ hours a week. If you're not succeeding, managers just tell you to call more people.

If you can make it past your first 18 months, the money is decent but much lower than competitor packages I have now seen

Cons

When you produce, you will be asked to produce more and more. No work life balance, be prepared to be in before 8 and after 5. You will be required in the office even if you are above your quota. So much turnover hard to build a sustainable business

I think they want to hire good people but sadly they do not live by their core values they try to promote.

Cons

The environment is extremely toxic and people openly mock employees that no longer stay with the company. Extremely metrics driven and do not really care about the candidates as they like to say they do. Every morning everyone presents their previous days numbers and like sheep, everyone claps.
