Pros

Great place to work. It's a fun and competitive work environment. More importantly through the ups and downs you are surrounded by great team that supports you! There's opportunity for growth and you are learning something new everyday while helping people!

Long hours but if you put in the work it does payoff

Pros

Young, fun coworkers, social outings, fun environment, room for growth, can make money here

Cons

very very cliquey. 80% of day is spent IMing other co workers and talking badly/making fun of others. some leaders are good- some bully, micromange and try to lead by fear. very hard to make good money but you can if you get lucky with some accounts and want to put in 12 hour days. be expected to work nights and weekends and answer bosses emails at 11pm at night when you are trying to sleep. bullying and micromanaging is really beyond words. avoid.
