Pros

Office culture was great. Flexible. Good about time off when needed. Good mentoring and good req flow

Cons

Favoritism in the office at times. Commission structure could have been better, had to make a lot of placements before you started making decent money

Pros

Love the office culture, my direct manager is one of the best I've ever had. Freedom to work independently, no micro-managing. Occasional office potlucks/happy hour for morale Ability to work on major accounts in the greater Seattle area. Thorough training program!

Cons

Benefits are horrible and extremely expensive, compensation is below average. Commission structure makes it incredibly difficult to make a lot of money unless you're there at least 5+ years. Not impressed with corporate structure, lots of major changes in company over past 6 months (re-org). I do not trust our corporate leaders or CEO. No work life balance; for the low compensation (which is SALARIED) you are required to be available 24/7 and work a minimum of 10 hours a day.

Pros

Not many pros, only benefit is they are a large company and have been around for a long time, yet are being beat out by many other smaller and newer staffing companies across the country

Cons

Probably one of the cheapest organizations I have ever worked for. They skimp you on literally every little thing you can imagine, they're going broke so they moved their Performance trip from the Bahamas to Los Angeles for next year, they have a very sketchy CEO who continues to lie directly to their employees, have some of the cheesiest and hypocritical "leaders" imaginable, have absolutely no plan in place, think dialing 100 times a day is getting them better results when sales/recruiters are calling invalid numbers to hit metrics to not get fired, they force a "sip the kool-aid" culture, have absolutely no idea what they are doing on the hiring front, and continue to get beat out by companies down the street both big and small, Insight Global would probably be the biggest to single handedly work them. Pay and commission structure is horrid, as well as forcing employees to stay late no matter when they show. They let go of a lot of people in a very unprofessional manner, some who had been around for 5+ years and I chose to leave on my own, but this was the most frustrating, cheap, sketchy, and dysfunctional workplace I have ever been a part of. Do yourself a favor if you're thinking about interviewing here and RUN
