      Flexible work schedule, opportunities for growth and clear and direct feedback on how to achieve professional goals.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind here. The firm has been consistent in seeking feedback from the entire enterprise and respects everyone which is clear from the office occasional lifestyle they have created.

      Just another staffing agency, nothing fantastic...

      Pros

      Weekly pay is nice and some ability to work remote depending on the engagement you're on.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't great, you'll pay significantly for coverage. Pretty standard with temp agencies. They also don't pay you for holidays so if you don't work it, you won't get paid for it.

      Like there needs to be better communication with the agency and whatever job employees are contracted through and there also needs to be less documents during training and finishing more documents before the job actually starts
