Pros

-Continually thinking of how to better the employee experience, whether that be benefits, remote work, perks, etc. - Internal growth is very real if you work hard - Work/life balance!

Cons

-The work can be stressful, but if you manage your time it makes it worth it!

Pros

- worklife balance - flexible schedule - fully remote - did everything a full recruiter did but didn't get paid the same nor did I receive commission.

Cons

- poor base salary and sourcers don't earn commission

Pros

Good remote culture, and a great opportunity to transition out of a sales role and get into recruiting. If you like to make cold calls this is for you.

Cons

Leadership is changing and so is the culture. Metric driven environment and focusing more on quantity vs quality. Lowest paid compared to competitors and commission structure is not rewarding. Very difficult to move up and transition into new opportunities within kforce.
