If you have no expereince recruiting, this is a place you can go to get it, especially if you are a Penn State Grad

Cons

Managers play favorites, gossip to employees about other employees, whine, worry more about their own bonuses than anything else, micromanage, treat employees like children, give "freebees" to incompetent recruiters just because they "like" them more They hire 5 people at a time in the hopes of keeping 1 for more than 6 months. This place is a cut-throat mill and you will not go anywhere in the company if that is your plan.

they sell this company and act like it is a laid back atmosphere, It is not. They also treat their employees like recent grads when I've had plenty of experience

Cons

benefits are not good, commission structure changed, constant turnover, upper management doesnt seem to know what they are doing and expects you to do busy work that wastes away your work day when you could actually be making sales

Met some cool people- they all quit or got laid off within 6 months after I left.

Cons

Everything. You WILL be a number. The company my team recruited for literally went on a hiring freeze, which I heard from my consultant and not Kforce management. We were still getting inundated with metric meetings, which ended up being 1-1 meetings to discuss my numbers. Got put on a performance plan after 8 months of middle of the pack performance in the middle of a hiring freeze. They have no chill and will gaslight you to no end until you fall victim to their tactics and quit on your own. Which lets them off the hook for paying out unemployment or severance. Oh and commission is AWFUL. It’s perplexing to me how people can stomach working there long-term.
