Great place to work - Incredible culture

Pros

-Extremely flexible, remote environment -Gives you all the tools you need -Not phone-time driven -Collaboration is encouraged

Cons

-There are a lot of people on the team so it can get very competitive -Training was ok. Needed to do a better job of explaining the jobs we worked on. -This job is not for everyone. You can be right on the money and get super close to closing a big deal but outside factors can cause your placement to not go through and it is devastating. Weeks to months of time can be wasted because clients fill a position on their own, or your candidate gets another job because the process took too long.

Does not support the LGTBQ Community

Pros

KForce is a well-performing company with productive training and resources. Associates are supportive and management is mostly made up of caring individuals.

Cons

Kforce intentionally does not support their LGTBQ associates. While DEI seems to be a core focus is it everything but inclusive. The company is run by white males who do not consider their employees' values or feelings.
