      If you work hard they will keep you employed forever.

      Cons

      There’s a lot and I’m not sure how to begin but here it goes. Management/Leadership is outstandingly awful. These people can’t kick a tire down a hill. Promoted for internal political purposes or what they did 20 years ago and are such bad leaders never grew past this job. Upper leadership in the heart of Covid held a east region townhall where he thought it would be a good idea to threaten everyone and say they will all be fired as their commission decreased and couldn’t complete their house renovation…. Yeah that bad. Work life balance, what is that? Told you should be working on weekends. Benefits are complete trash. 15 days of PTO and you’ll be spending a fortune of your small salary on medical benefits.

      Pros

      Some great people within the office and great opportunities for Visa holders.

      Cons

      Micromanaging boss who consistently harassed the women in the office. Nothing was ever done to prevent or change the behavior. No flexibility or room for growth which resulted in extremely high turnover but was considered an “industry standard”. Not acceptable of an environment for professionals in any way. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.
