People are promoted based on reaching metrics through unethical practices. Senior management was reported to HR by multiple associates for making racial comments like "what's up my Kunta Kintes" and having public photos on social media of them in black face. No action was taken...
Multiple sales associates were "gifted" top accounts, promotions/raises and offers over more tenured and qualified associates. Leadership consistently pushes numbers and churning as many candidates out no matter what - Not very consistent with the company message of "We love what we do, we love who we serve".
Multiple verified affairs between leadership that led to promotions and extra cash bonuses....
This place destroys your mental and physical health. You will never grow here just based on your work ethic. When you point out the flaws within the org you're immediately met with oppression and negligence asking you to essentially "get over it".
The executives are so detached from the human aspect of staffing. They're more focused on bragging about their latest sports car to show you "you can be successful too" which is a blatant lie...unless you're one of their golden children.
Oh, but they'll order you pizza for your "hard work and dedication" after working 50+ hrs a week...
