High turnover sales job with long hours

Pros

Most people in each office are recent college grads or young people trying sales so it’s easy to make office friends

Cons

Long hours. On the phone all day long cold calling people. They pitch a “work hard play hard” culture but it’s really just “work hard and play on your own time”. You work a minimum of 10 hours a day and they still expect you to complete unfinished work after hours/on weekends if you have it and because recruiting/sales is so crazy that happens a lot

Pros

The staff actually cares for the employees and looks after you. They will try as much as they can to locate you in a new project in case your current projects ends. Big staffing company so finding you a new project is not an issue. By far the best IT Recruiter staff I've ever experienced as a contractor, I do have to mention "Katrina Medina", she has always been in touch and listened to any question or concern, Keep it up! Excellent benefits: 401K, great health insurance options.

Cons

No PTO, no paid holidays.

Pros

Above industry PTO, parental leave, amazing culture and the Leaders lead with a servant's heart. We truly care about our people.

Cons

This place is amazing. Leadership is amazing, benefits are amazing. The only things that would make it better is a tuition reimbursement program and more dollars allocated to actual outside training to better further our careers.
