      worst management ever. They are still using old school cold calling approaches to gain business. They must of not heard of the internet

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      After working for a IT service company for 18+ years, I decided to join KForce as a consultant. I had my doubts about how things would work and was provided with clear and accurate information about the entire VISA (H1B) transfer process. What to expect in terms of work, compensation, and benefits. Onboarding process was smooth, easy and transparent. I received RFE for my transfer (which was explained as a likely event) and was provided with excellent support from Immigration team to prepare for the RFE response. The immigration team is very helpful and always ready to clear any doubts/questions. On work front, I had been given options to choose between 2 clients. The conversations I had with KForce account team was always transparent and I always got the correct information, which helped me make informed decisions. Though I had a small stint with KForce, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

      Grossly mismanaged HR Dept

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Kforce in general is a good organization to work for. CEO and President are great.

      Cons

      Both Legal & HR are under the same direction and supervision. This arrangement has led to conflicting interests and drastically misplaced priorities in both departments. Senior leadership is constantly vying for more power within the organization and often has hidden agendas. It's a toxic environment.
