Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent work life balance. They urge you to use your PTO. They put people first, have a great work culture and incentives for the employees. End of year bonuses. They have a career advancement program. Management is very hands on and want to see you excel.
Cons
Too many variations of knowledge from one person to the next on the same team. Training needs to be better aligned to make sure everyone knows the same information and is working the same way. Some of the field reps/account managers are very rude to the corporate office employees. Recent lay off for the 1st time in over 10 years.
