Pros

If you are in a sorority or frat, then there is great growth potential fro you! Great office.

Cons

-no perks! none. occasional free lunch after you clean the entire office. -micro-managed -favoritism is blatant and they only choose who they want to succeed. -would never refer anyone to work here if I love them. -No commission unless you are there for 2 years... -Glares received when taking a full lunch break -expect you to work overtime without getting paid for it -no fun culture.

Pros

There weren't any pros that I could think of. Every day I wanted to resign. The one silver lining is the fact that they hired young, inexperienced college grads. Kids if you want to break into the recruiting industry here's the company to do it with. Just make sure you forget everything you learn after you leave because the recruiters there aren't very good. I had to carry them and I'm gone now so I dunno.

Cons

Inexperienced account managers and recruiters. Poor management, nepotism, poor leadership, most accounts are uncontrollable 'black holes'. Pay is low, commissions are truly 10% and not the 25% they boast of during interviews. Senior staff doesn't have the opportunity to work a full desk Payroll will never give you a straight answer about your individual earnings. 750k in income to k-force won't yield you any more than 75k. revolving door never stops spinning. poor health care, dental and vacation benefits. my advice stay clear. This comes from their #1 top producer in New York City region for nearly the entire year that I have worked there. Stay Away.

Pros

I liked the remote position

Cons

This is a cut throat culture that competes with each other every day. Gauntlets are held and you are asked to basically bring new business to the firm within a day of cold calling. And if you don't, you will be absolutely called out in the daily end of the day meeting. I felt exhausted at the end of the day full of cold calls, and was asked to submit daily to-do reports to the market VP. This position was micromanaged and felt like I was just a body there to make money. This job really traumatized me and I resigned 4 weeks in. I struggled to get many of the team members to respond to messages and meeting requests. You need them to include you in their meetings every day or you won't be seen as checking the box of calls per day. Honestly really toxic work culture.
