Pros

Co-workers are friendly, you're kind of all in this together. None of you want to be there but you needed a job.

Cons

This is essentially another useless staffing company that talks a big game and completely fails to deliver. People in the office think they are professionals because they act real serious, but it's just a desperate attempt to appear important. Which of course they know they are not. They have one big account that drives 99% of the business, the manager had hired all his friends to work there so he only gave his friends part of this huge account. The rest of the employees were left crumbs at best. Also just to be clear, recruiting in this office was not actual Recruiting. It was an IT recruiting company where the recruiters and sales reps knew nothing about IT, they just searched for key words and then called bottom-of-the-barrel candidates to try and "sell" them on a job. These were all H1B candidates who complained constantly about pay rates. And they were great pay rates "$50 per hour?! I should make $52! I will quit!". Seriously, not even joking. Look it's a job you take because you were desperate, if you find yourself working for this company just stay positive and keep looking.

Pros

Hard to find any Pros to working here. B2B experience in the technology world is a plus. Really all I can think of.

Cons

Where do I begin? Management, by far the worst management I have ever experienced in my career. The director is an ego maniac and is constantly over your shoulder. As an adult, I’m actually embarrassed that I worked in an environment like that. During my time in the Kforce Pittsburgh office I witnessed 32 people leave the company in a 2 year span. Upper management doesn’t understand or want to understand the issue in this office which is the director which no one wants to work for. Your told in your interview that the Work/Life balance is great! Hahah far far from it. Your looked at like a slacker if your not at your cubicle at 7:30 am and if you leave before 5:30 again your looked at like a slacker. The director encourages you to make calls and boom interviews during late at night and on weekends as well and he does use this against you. Best of luck to anyone who decides to work for this establishment.

Pros

They have solid process and that helps you learn the ropes if you have no experience. You learn hard work because of the high KPIs

Cons

The director is in his early 20's and has zero management experience and it couldn't be more apparent. He wants to be everyone's buddy but, needs to be a leader first. He has had numerous inappropriate relationships with co-workers and they even made a girl that he was dating leave the company. The VP is a little more experienced but, too timid to do anything. She is also a fan of being loved by everyone instead of being respected. The worst thing is the division president is absolutely clueless. He thinks that he can come down with a motivational speech every 4 months and everyone will just follow him.
