      Kforce has a great culture and everyone feels like family. They recognize and celebrate your accomplishments and push you to succeed.

      There are cons to working in the corporate world with layoffs.

      Great learning experience with lots of internal drama

      Pros

      I loved the learning process and the team mentality to make more and work harder.

      Cons

      Many of the teams would but heads on who to blame for certain situations. The senior or more tenured people would be listened to while the junior ones were silenced.
