Earning potential if you can get attached to good accounts. Great co-workers

Cons

No real leadership or management. Leadership tries to keep you roped in due to potential to make six figures. No one is making six figures. Keep looking if this is your first option.

Pros

The people are great, the desk side training and various training implementations on new methodologies or practices are great, and the ability to make really decent money if you want to work hard for it. The opportunity is in front of you and if you want to, you can take it! The culture is strong and people are positive and willing to help anyone, for the most part. It is a great stepping stone into your professional career or a great place to call home for a long time. I have learned a lot about the professional services world, as well as myself while I have been here.

Cons

Not much flexibility in terms of working remote or managing your own workday/meetings, etc. There is a push for being at work for standard hours 8-5 (better actually to be at the office early and after hours too) which is fine - but seeing that this is a role that can be worked from anywhere as long as there is internet connection, access to the system, a phone and a computer - a little less meeting managing would be nice for employees who have earned it.

Cons

* Project deadlines and expectations could cause confusion at times * Career paths and retaining strong FTE (flexible/competitive) * Kforce does not competitive matching nor salary match skillset to FTE growth
