      Pros

      They make an effort to help you find a job suitable to your needs and experience. Phone calls are made periodically helping you to succeed in what your looking for and answering any questions and concerns you may have. Great experience with K force cannot complain.

      Cons

      It's only a temp job until you get hired by the other company.
