      Pros

      I love working at Kforce because of the people! You are not going to be able to leave Kforce and get the support, and customer service you get here. I love the atmosphere and the fun the people bring. One of my favorites is the flexibility of being able to work from home on occasion.

      Cons

      I don't really feel like there are many "downsides" of working at Kforce, but I would like to see sometime in the future of Kforce to have the back office salaries to be a little more competitive with other companies. A lot of times we lose good people due to the salary in the back office, however, they don't want to leave due to the relationships they have made with their peers/clients/field partners etc.
