      -Best culture I've experienced in my years of work -Leadership is committed to seeing you succeed -The team celebrates everyone's wins, makes you feel at home and appreciated -Generous PTO -Frequent company outings to build morale

      -Base pay can be a little higher for the industry

      There were some good people in the company that wanted to support a positive culture

      Cons

      The corporate culture that is marketed doesn’t apply to the National or vertical leadership. The Vertical philosophy is just another idea that steps on the local branches and their culture.

      Pros

      Kforce is a great company to work for. They reward and recognize their employees for their hard work and dedication. The leadership groups are motivating, influential, and create an open environment where we can discuss new ideas and improve processes.
