Excellent communication: With recruiter check ins, opportunities, they listen to what you as an employee are looking for and they find the best match available. Amazing support: Every recruiter I have worked with (since 2015) has been supportive and informative. They have always given me the tools I need to close the deal on contracts I pursued. One of the extremely few agencies that provide benefit avenues for employees . (Health and Medical, Life insurance, 401k, PTO, etc) I am not sure why one rating said the benefits were costly. I have gone back to KForce benefits once or twice because they were the best deal for the cost for me. KForce does not make me feel like a contractor - Because of the very nature of being a contractor versus a FTE at a company, sometimes you can be made to feel like you are somehow less than a FTE, or excluded from many perks as a result of being a contractor. KForce and the companies they partner with, have never made me feel like that.

Cons

I don't think there are any cons. This is a fantastic company to work through and I have been very happy in and out of the short term contracts I requested.

Fun culture, endless earning opportunities, community service involvement, helping to provide individuals with opportunities that they might not have otherwise known about, ability to expand your personal and professional network exponentially.

Cons

You will work long hours, but you reap what you sow!

Pros

Great work life balance and remote work opportunities. They try to make it fun at Headquarters with events and other surprises every now and then. For the most part, everyone is nice and great to work with!

Cons

Benefit options are expensive and does not cover much.
