      Pros

      Ability to work remote from home. Amazing people to work with. Opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Same challenges as most large companies - hard to know everyone and normal learning curve to initially figure out culture.

      Great company culture, communication and leadership.

      Cons

      If you do not put in effort, then you will not achieve the successful you have the potential to make. It really is not a con unless you do not put in the effort.

      Pros

      Kforce takes care of their employees. Kforce offers what is best for their employees and clients. Kforce offers a wide range of resources and opportunities for candidates. Change, whether technology or business environment, is good and we embrace.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons working for Kforce right now because I find my great foundation personally and spiritually for just being here.
