      Like many Recruiters, I landed into Recruitment by chance and I’m so happy to have landed here at Kforce! I came from an Educator background and right out of the gate, Kforce provided me with the tools, training and leadership support that I needed to excel in my fledgling Recruiting career. I’ve been here 4 years now and I feel so empowered in my abilities thanks to the professional development Kforce has provided. Seriously, if you are looking for somewhere you can grow professionally (and have fun), Kforce is the place!

      Maybe, better coffee? lol On a serious note though, I can't think of any cons!

      Pay isn't the best and the amount of hours you put in is over 50-60 hrs a week!
