Pros
Communication with recruiter was consistent and the agency was quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Once the position was identified the onboarding process moved very quickly.
Cons
I realize Kforce is not 100% at fault, however the contract was cut short after 2 months due to over forecast for resources allocated to project. Contract was advertised as 2 year with opportunity for extension. There was pressure to get onboarded as quickly as possible. No real wiggle room with compensation and the benefits were expensive for additional family members.
