      Pros

      Being a Contracting company, they follow standard procedure. They help you with any standard issues. Everything will work good as long as you're on contact and you have good feedback from the client

      Cons

      1. Its very difficult for H1 employees. If you're contract is over you're supposed to find a new position in 1 month. If you are not able to find some, you will be terminated. 2. They pay lowest wages among big vendor companies. 3. Once your contract is over, you will see the other side of recruiters. You will not be treated good.

      Great contracting opportunities for anyone interested in short term or contract to hire positions. Pretty good people who are fairly honest.

      Cons

      This is contract work, not full time permenant and anyone choosing to dk this needs to know that contract to hire is not a guarantee.
