      Pros

      Earning potential is high, compensation plan is fair, and they have a number of resources available to support the sales and recruiting efforts; much more so than in competitive companies

      Cons

      I any publicly traded companies there will be things that you can't do; harder to do lower profit deals

      Good company but 33% of bill rate !?!

      Pros

      Decent company. None of the usual dirty tricks found with other body shop companies.

      Cons

      They are a bit greedy taking a full 33% of the bill rate. In all my years contracting I have not given up more than 20%. Now the end customer is complaining that I am too expensive. I am actually earn less than the rest of the crew, plus I get no benefits. Kforce's buy-in benefits plan is way expensive.

      Pros

      Decent pay if you are just getting out of college If you stay with them and are doing great, easy to move upward mobility

      Cons

      -No time to leave at a decent hour (you will be looked down upon if you do) -You have a set base pay (which is nice), but at some days you are working 9-10 hours and there is no OT (because of the base) -No matter what, it is a cold calling job but they said it is "recruiting" (so if you do not like sales/cold calling, dont even bother) -If you are not performing at the minimum or at peak performance, they will have no problem of letting you go. (I was not let go, i just heard of people being let go * just like that)
