Pros

I only worked there for 30 days, I never discovered any pros

Cons

Goals were changing daily as you were working to meet them and then you were accountable for missing them....it became a joke. A candidate received a job offer, quit their current job, moved and when they got there the job didn't exist anymore....that's horrible for everyone involved.

Pros

Fellow recruiters are fun to work with. That is all the comp plan changed and all the good things went away.

Cons

Commission structure changed and there are no clear answers from management. No leadership. No information, just put your head down and don't ask questions type environment. Training is a joke. Hang you out to dry, sink or swim. Worst staffing agency I have worked for.

Pros

They usually don't mind if you work from home occasionally. Willing to pay for travel, mileage and cell phone.

Cons

The executive leadership are elderly folks and resistant to new ideas. All the people in power are nearing retirement age and it seems like they have already checked out. Layoffs, layoffs and more layoffs... Makes you feel like your job is in danger every day. No work-life balance, 10 hour days are expected by everyone. Folks coming into the office while on vacation is pretty standard. Very expensive benefits. Nearly $700.00 per month for family health coverage. The culture promotes dishonesty. Such a high priority is put on sales, everything else is secondary; including personal integrity.
