Pros
The Tampa building (headquarters) is beautiful and typically very well maintained. They have a great recognition and bonus program for sales professionals. Some of the associates that work there really are great and talented people. It's a great first job for someone fresh out of school looking for some experience. Some decent benefits.
Cons
There is little focus on career development and recognition for back office/support staff. Religious and political beliefs are sometimes pushed on associates from upper management. Levels of bureaucracy, gaps in communication and some shady behavior.
