Pros

There weren't any pros that I could think of. Every day I wanted to resign. The one silver lining is the fact that they hired young, inexperienced college grads. Kids if you want to break into the recruiting industry here's the company to do it with. Just make sure you forget everything you learn after you leave because the recruiters there aren't very good. I had to carry them and I'm gone now so I dunno.

Cons

Inexperienced account managers and recruiters. Poor management, nepotism, poor leadership, most accounts are uncontrollable 'black holes'. Pay is low, commissions are truly 10% and not the 25% they boast of during interviews. Senior staff doesn't have the opportunity to work a full desk Payroll will never give you a straight answer about your individual earnings. 750k in income to k-force won't yield you any more than 75k. revolving door never stops spinning. poor health care, dental and vacation benefits. my advice stay clear. This comes from their #1 top producer in New York City region for nearly the entire year that I have worked there. Stay Away.

Pros

This is a good place for "newbies" to learn the ropes. The environment is highly structured, yet unyielding and emulates the high school clicks of days gone by.

Cons

The management is not open to creative ideas and the physical environment is that of a call center. Your calls and their duration are counted, the desks are cramped and the cube separators are less than 8" tall, people face each other while talking on the phone .... after a short while you feel like a sardine and go home with ringing in your ears.
