Pros

The Cleveland office has some really good account managers and people who interface with customers and employees. Their Market Manager Delivery person is honest and really cool. They service some well know clients. Good people.

Cons

The health insurance premium is slightly high, but it seems that way everywhere now.

Pros

Excellent training Total autonomy - you run your own business Can be flexible Excellent networking opportunities For a sales environment, it's very tenured and mature - not a churn-and-burn the 22 year olds straight out of college situation. The tenured people here are very professional, and it's something to be proud of.

Cons

You work a lot. A LOT. Like, 50+ hours a week a lot. Some of the sales tactics can be manipulative, but hey - that's sales.

Kforce has built a system of metrics that, if you meet them, virtually assure success. There's a positive energy among staff.

Cons

Management is inconsistent and reactive. Company discourages risk taking and innovation. There is no long term focus at all, in spite of what management claims to believe.
