      Pros

      -Young/Middle Aged Professionals -Outgoing Personalities -Great after work happy hours, to vent some steam

      Cons

      -Never get commission until you reach a specific goal (which if you are doing temp-perm, with low paying jobs), just plan on not seeing anything for the next 2 years -People tag along with you on your new business meetings, to steal the business -Lots of turn over -New client development in other departments is not appreciated with compensation

      Pros

      There are no Pros working for this company. It is only loss. Only good thing, they have long term client the jobs will last long if you have the right skills.

      Cons

      The Staffing and Placement people are worst, not concerned about the people how work for them. I just hate them all. No increments ever, even if the client increments they hide and bank all the cash, they never follow up, they disconnect, not professionally qualified, absolutely no soft skills. The recruiter or the Account Managers never respond to any number of calls, their phone always goes to voicemail

      I was happy with Kforce for the entire three years I was with them.

      Pros

      Kforce was a good experience for me. They found positions for me in the accounting and financial areas virtually as soon as I applied with them. I was with them for about three years and they always followed up with me during that time to make sure I was happy with the position and company that I was placed at. They also work with professionals rather than just throwing everyone up against a wall to see who sticks.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, they are now pretty much only serving the engineering and health care industries for financial services -- but that's not their fault because that's true of most financial "temp service" outfits. Those two industries are the ones looking for people, but only people that have done finance work in those industries. It seems that if you haven't worked in accounting for an engineering or health care firm, there is no room for you. Again, that's not Kforce's fault -- they can only fill positions with companies that are looking for people. :-) I guess this "cons" entry is for the employment situation -- not against Kforce.
