      Not bad, lack of communication between recruiters

      They negotiate a decent salary They don't over work you They provide some benefits for temporary workers

      Cons

      Lack of any communication between recruiters Seems hard to 'bounce back' from getting another job after a previous project even if you did a good job.

      Unsatisfactory - KForce subcontracts large projects and tends to hire Professional IT contractors as if day labor.

      Pros

      I've heard good reports on smaller contracts where management is more involved with the contractors on a personal basis. They have some well know clients. there is the opportunity for advancement for exceptionally skilled workers.

      Cons

      Fellow (IT) contractors have told me this feels like another faceless com;pany due to it's size and often is run like a temp agency where after the contract you are forgotten.
