      Pros

      They have a lot of the local jobs as they deal with most of the good companies in the area.

      Cons

      They don't hesitate to push you into a job you don't want or are not comfortable with just so they can get their commission for placement.

      Large corporate environment, great internal team

      Cons

      Commission structure is horrible, territories mean you'll never get a great account and you'll always scrounge for business, you will get carpal tunnel from the documentation required, every phone call and client visit is monitored. If you look at resumes from Kforce, you'll see people stay for years, or make it 6 months and have to leave b/c they are not making any money. You basically subsidize the company by staying there on minimum wage once your first 6 months are over.
