      Good salaries and benefits, but tough job market challenges

      Salaries, Perks and other benefits are taken care of.

      Cons

      I was notified almost 2 weeks before, and for a H1b with the current job market, it was tough. I was told initially that I would be marketed for a month, but it didnt happen in my case, even though higher management had confirmation that their contract with my then client would end.

      Offer rolled back at joining stage with No communication

      Offer was effectively put on hold at the time of joining. Complete lack of communication and follow-up from the company afterward No accountability or transparency during a critical transition period Left in a difficult situation after resigning from previous organization based on their offer
