Pros

Very few to speak of.

Cons

Culture is cruel, aggressive and unstable. People are treated as if they are replaceable on a daily basis. Pay is low and benefits are horrible. Health insurance is brutally high. President is cruel and demanding. Morale is at an all time low. At a time when people are a scarce commodity Ki continues to do less for employees. They just instituted a policy that cuts pay if you are late for hourly folks.

Pros

Week of vacation every 6 months, not a single physical job there.

Cons

Extremely poor management, so many problems with production that don't get fixed so the laborers are the ones that get blamed, consistently loosing people due to these problems. Very poor raises.

Very easy laid back environment but lack of discipline to the bad eggs within the company.

Pros

Good hours 6am to 230 pm monday-friday. Usually tries to promote within by posting new job opportunities. Does profit sharing once a year. Company picnic and christmas party.

Cons

Some employees take advantage of how laid back management is and takes a toll on good employees effort. Yearly reviews that have no effect on your wage increase. Straight percentage raise for everybody.
