Kiddie Academy reviews

Kiddie Academy is a terrible place to work. Although it may look nice It is not an environment I would want my child around. The staff are treated very poorly by management and are very rarely even allowed bathroom breaks. Management especially executive director is manipulative and degrading. They change the children's teachers constantly and only care about making money. In addition, when a teacher tries to advocate for the child's needs and well-being the management tells you not to worry about it.

I secretly hope I get into a car accident every morning so I don’t have to go to work. There is little communication by the upper management to the staff. Kids kicking, biting, spitting on, and hitting the staff is apparently permitted because it is always brushed off by management and parents even though it happens daily. Everyone is completely drained and stressed because there are too many children and not enough support, ESPECIALLY with difficult children. Turnover rates are high.
