      Co worker- the children- occasionally free lunch

      Cons

      Poor management, low pay(very low) as in you can work in the fast-food industry and have more growth and pay. Management does not listen to staff, people quick every quarter and the children eat food from dollar store that is about 20 steps from the building. One time finances were so low that management could not even afford to give required t shirts that is given to staff. The daughter(owner) is doing her best but she should probably just find a new endeavor and let her mother come to grip with that decision
