      Pros

      I loved being able to get to know each one of my kiddos and engaging their minds daily with the curriculum.

      Cons

      Each Kiddie Academy is independently operated, meaning that the owners choose how to run their academy. I personally did not agree with my owner especially in regards of the pandemic. I was asked to violate many HIPPA laws in order to be paid for my time off due to an exposure I had. Management just like any daycare pick and chose who they would consider certain situations for. Ultimately it all depends on who your owners are and if you do have an issue with your owner the company does not help much with those issues.
