      The kids are pretty cool

      Nobody knows what’s going on ever, nothing about what is happening at the daycare is communicated to the teachers, constantly left in the dark and unable to answer parent questions about events or special days going on Not enough help, extremely difficult to care for the amount of kids in class when the other person is there to keep ratio for DCF and not actually help or watch the kids Lucky to get a break on time No planning time for lead teachers, have to work off the clock
