Pros

They give free training/courses for staff to take to add to their portfolio and it does for sure come in handy.

Cons

In the silver spring location, they over work their staff tremendously, they don’t acknowledge that we are human too and get overwhelmed, yes I signed up to work with kids but not to get attitude from management. Management here sucks. We get no other benefits.
