Pros

Parents are children are kind and easy to get along with. Parents know it can be hectic with a lot of kids to look after. Hours are flexible.

Cons

Low pay and only yearly salary increase which is still low. High turnover rate with other teachers. Long hours with no overtime pay- extended lunch break hours the following days so they don't have to pay you. No affordable health insurance plans. Low teacher to student ratio.
