      Pros

      This company does a great job giving staff the resources to excel in their field. I have only had positive experiences communicating with corporate and my owner is the best boss I've ever had. Community really does begin here.

      Cons

      Child care in general isn't for the weak hearted. We work hard for less money than public school teachers bit the rewards come quick and often if you stick with it.

      -awesome co-workers who are humorous and easy to work with -work independently w/o someone looking over your shoulders -no overtime and good pay

      Didn't really find any cons during my time at KA.

      Pros

      The kids are wonderful and some of the coworkers.

      Cons

      There are no breaks. You get the major holidays and that's it. So the day after Christmas you'll have to be back at work. And the management needs work on communication with employees.
