      Free food when there are leftovers

      Disorganized management, leaders talk down to you, you'll likely be doing a job that you were not hired for, overcrowded, many people quit within days or weeks because of the working conditions

      Unless you have a kid or it's your life dream to work pre-k, get out of child care.. It sucks.

      Pros

      KA was mostly flexible on getting you out early or if you can't come in due to you or your child being sick.

      Cons

      Accommodating to a fault towards parents. Parents would ask ridiculous things like "oh I don't want Gregory going outside, he has a runny nose." So we just don't let the class go outside? We make Gregory move to a different room? That's an unreasonable request. KA needs to be realistic and not always break the teacher's backs bending over to accommodate every little thing. No I'm not going to take your 1 year old to the bathroom every 15 minutes. That's insane. That's not what should be expected of us in this setting. I never felt backed by management in these types of matters either.
