      Organized environment, quality equipment and toys for the kids, food was pretty good

      Pros

      generally no weekends or after hours work employees at HQ are pretty nice

      Cons

      zero flexibility with work hours- you show up two minutes late and the owner is messaging your boss to write you up or threaten your job cheap- raises are nonexistent and despite great performance reviews, even getting cost of living increases is challenging upward mobility limited- they are growing but it's not the upper level positions they are adding upper level management is pretty out of touch with what people like in a job in terms of work life balance- which is interesting considering it's family owned and the services the franchisees offer are to families with small children. vacation time is limited- especially if you have not been with the organization very long

      Real school environment. Use of the tadpoles app is a plus, definitely a time saver.

      Low pay for the amount of work that we do.
