You develop a great relationship with the children. Its also very clean.

Cons

They don't pay you what youre worth for all the work you do. Poor management. Not enough structure. They never have enough help.

Decent pay range, for individuals working without a college degree; ranging from $11 part-time to $13 for full-time. If it's your preference, there are Short shifts of a min 5 hours; from Monday through Friday.

Cons

The front-office workers (Owner, 2 directors, and chef) are extremely clicky, and rude to the general staff; unnecessarily so. If you work as a teacher or assistant teacher, your classes may be too much to handle because the front-desk NEVER schedules enough people (only the legal minimum).
