Pros

Decent pay range, for individuals working without a college degree; ranging from $11 part-time to $13 for full-time. If it's your preference, there are Short shifts of a min 5 hours; from Monday through Friday.

Cons

The front-office workers (Owner, 2 directors, and chef) are extremely clicky, and rude to the general staff; unnecessarily so. If you work as a teacher or assistant teacher, your classes may be too much to handle because the front-desk NEVER schedules enough people (only the legal minimum).

The pay is not that great and the staff as far as teachers are at the bottom of the list they don't treat there teachers well .

The kids are amazing. For someone like me, I had the freedom to create great lesson plans and plan exciting days for the children.

Cons

Overcrowding in classrooms. The ratio was often overlooked making it hard to control many kids with little to no help who are often still potty training.
