Stay away ! You will always get sick here whether it be Covid, flu, stomach bug, hand foot mouth disease and pink eye. Not only do you get sick, but directors suck! One of them should’ve been fired along time ago but owner is scared of a lawsuit. They are the worst. They will gossip about you and others for everyone to hear. They play favorites. They never step in to help and don’t ever want to. Leave everything on you and make you feel dumb. But wait was there training ? NOPE. Expect a lot from you , but don’t offer to help. The pay isn’t even worth it. Find somewhere else for your mental health as well.

This is specific to the Redmond Location The owners are extremely rude, condescending, and abusive. They will say horrible things about you, yell, and embarrass you; then act like nothing happened. They do not care if you are experiencing family emergencies, health issues, or struggles. They play favorites with teachers and will allow their favorites to get away with things that they would yell at others about. Vivek (the owner) is also a terrible gossip and will gossip with all teachers about other teachers. They are also extremely discriminatory, toward parents, teachers, and children! There is constant teacher and Director turnover because no one can deal with being treated that way for very long. I have not only experienced being yelled at but witnesses many others get yelled at in the school halls, kitchen, and office. They also just don’t know anything about childhood education.This is just overall an extremely toxic environment.
