The list goes on forever. Favoritism, Petty ways of doing things, no recognition, more critique than constructive criticism, You are being told what is best when it comes to your abilities to perform your duties. Lack of understanding and too pride. Lastly Constant instill of fear towards any form of project . A no is not acceptable even it means you must come to work sick. You are practically a Slave within 8 hours time. very unrealistic and paint false pictures about who they are. i feel sorry for every new parents if only they knew and also to every perspective staff who come through the door to inquire about a position. One advice please run. If you have more than a high school diploma do not apply. waste of time. run away from there. There is no culture there, no improvement.
